Technical help was first class as usual from this company. Not only that but they offered three possible alternatives to my original enquiry that had cost saving advantages. Professional no nonsense company why go anywhere else

Only half the packages ordered turned up (I had to followup continously with courier as we're initially lost), and when they did arrive the ordered product was noticeably damaged. Tried contacting customer service numerous times, didn't respond to emails or telephone calls - no customer care.

One of the chair pieces i received is damaged and another is missing. I actually think I've received a returned piece.

I emailed them 3 days ago and tried calling a number of times.
I've no had no reply to the "contact us" form msg I sent.
I can't speak to them due to the "system is down" msg on their telephone answering service, which has been there for last 2 days at least.
I sent another msg on their contact form this morning too.

"Simply don’t care!!!! Appalling Customer Service!!!!" from previous review is probably right.

I wonder if I will ever get my money back, as I will be contacting my credit card provider regarding this transaction and hopefully that will prompt a response from them But please don’t order from these guys!!!!

Made an order on 15th April 2022 and have had no communication or tracking from the company since. I have sent numerous online quires to which I've had no response. I was able to speak to a sales advisor on 26th April who advised she would look into the matter & call back which I did not receive. Since then I have not been able to get through to anyone else on the telephone line. Do not spend your money here.

Ordered an office desk. Initially, there was an issue with my delivery (normal CDD processes, by the sound of it, caused by my unusual circumstances, so not their fault). However, that was not at all a problem because Anne at the customer service was super friendly, fast, and went an extra mile to keep me updated. The product arrived meticulously packaged and even better than what I expected. 5 stars for service (thank you, Anne) and 5 stars for the product.

Following my 1 star review dated 7 January I feel I need to update the review.
Very shortly after my initial review I was contacted by the company, and John apologised for the difficulties I had experienced in contacting them.
The issue with the return of the chair was quickly resolved through Anne, who throughout acted in a very friendly, helpful and courteous manner. I could not have asked for anything more and I will, as a result, certainly consider purchasing again from this company when the need arises. Great service, thank you Anne.

In these difficult times can I take this opportunity to thank both John and Anne for assistance once again, sourcing my latest home office workstation. Keeping me updated with progress was a great help and I have no problem in recommending Direct Office Supply as great guys to deal with

Ordered an office chair which having been delivered was not the colour we expected. Tried contacting company by telephone but received pre-recorded message stating office was closed and would return on the 5 January. Have tried several times on 6th and 7th but still recorded message. Have completed their contact form on the website but following day email was returned undeliverable due to them having a “junk” setting on their own enquiry form!!! Not at all impressed or happy.

Excellent customer service.
Had a little issue with my order, completely my error and this company was great. The best customer service I have received from a online company in a long time.
Desk arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

The furniture looks great and the site too. However, have had the incorrect address inputed (autofill by PayPal) for the order & when trying to call I've been directed to an email address that has automatic responses. If there was a live chat or phone customer service, this would be 5*. Please get back to me when possible.

I had issues with my purchase. The customer support number goes to voicemail. Email responsiveness was also slow. (possibly COVID related or otherwise)
I had to write a review online before I had a response to my emails requesting support. To Direct Office Supply Co. credit, they did eventually resolve the issues I had.

The chair is good and comfortable, but I needed a high one, and although the height shown is correct for the edge of the seat, be aware that your bottom will be lower than that - so I'm still sitting on a cushion.
It arrived promptly and was very easy to assemble, but has needed tightening already (after a few weeks of use).

The doors on the "Desk High Walnut Storage Cupboard - Lockable" do not stay on their hinges. The fixture is supposed to be easy to put on, which it is, but it also means it falls off very easily. So every time the storage cupboard is opened the doors fall off. It is fixable, but so far I haven't found the time to fix it as we are not a carpentry business. Very unimpressed.

I ordered my new office chair that I had been looking for on lots of websites, I found the one I was looking for on Direct Office supply website, I ordered it online in the afternoon and recieved an email later that day sayng it would be delivered first thing the next morning. It arrived by DPD delivery 1030 am. I could not beleive the speed and efficiency of this company and will certainly use them agian.
